Scope:

This specification sheet covers the manufacturers’ requirements for the fiberglass safety markers. All markers meet or exceed industry standards and requirements.

Materials:

3/8“ Rigid solid pultrusion fiberglass rod coated with Sunguard II™ UV inhibitor.

5 ½” Exclusive Bubble Style MIL SPEC Zinc Plated Carbon Steel Medium Tension Spring.

3/8” Thick MIL SPEC Zinc Plated Carbon Steel used in the manufacturing of the flat bracket with 5/8” hole for direct mounting

Engineer Grade Reflective Sheeting, DOT Certified used for reflective material on rod.

Marking:

All markers must have a minimum of 8 - 6” wide alternating strips of Engineer Grade Red and White reflective sheeting. All markers must have safety yellow rubber protective tip and spring bonnet.
